Our front-of-house teams are here to make Nineyards work for you. The Front Desk is the hub of our community: accepting parcel deliveries, greeting visitors, answering queries or providing guidance. If you’re after information on upcoming events, looking for a slot in a gym or an art class; hiring a meeting room for a presentation or booking the cinema and a private dining room for you and nine friends – you only have to ask.
And in the on-site restaurant: from a Monday morning caffeine hit, to Friday night cocktails; a working lunch or a celebration dinner; the hospitality team will be there to make you feel right at home.

As well as your room and access to all of Nineyards’ facilities and events, your simple, single monthly payment also means our hardworking back of house teams are on hand to take care of all those mundane but essential tasks that make life less interesting.
From paying your utility bills, broadband and council tax to cleaning your room and bed linen; from dedicated concierge and security to resolving any maintenance issues; from housekeeping of the communal spaces to the upkeep of the roof terraces and even shared bicycle servicing: our work keeps your life in balance.
